So many great stallion lines have died out, one such line is the mighty son of Donatello - his name was Crepello.

A champion racehorse [short career: 5 starts 3-1-0] that won a Dewhurst Stakes as a 2yo and then both the Derby and the Guineas as a 3yo,
Crepello went onto become a champion sire, having sired over 60 stakes winners.... some of whom went onto successful careers as stallions themselves.

His detailed record of winners as a sire and broodmare sire was outstanding for his era and fortunately for Australian breeders, he is still present in the first 5 generations as a broodmare sire.

Crepello appears within the first 5 gens of 4 current stallions serving in Australia
As a broodmare sire, he produced 11 group 1 winners:

If you desire to have the mighty Crepello in your future offspring, consider any of the following 4 stallions in Australia

YULONG PRINCE: You have the benefit of 2 lines of Donatello through his sons Crepello and Alcide. This is rare and only available through Yulong Prince

DALASAN: An outstanding option, being one of few stallions carrying the 3 original strains Darley Arabian, Godolphin Arabian [In Reality and Locris], Byerly Turk [Tourbillon]. As mentioned in the earlier blog, he emulates other great stallions with his own dupes of FF number patterns 1-2-3-4-5 such as Snitzel, Extreme Choice, So You Think, Too Darn Hot and Dundeel

TOP RANK: Great to see the Acclamation line [Dark Angel] sons in Australia,

FIERCE IMPACT: Another new stallion, multiple group 1 winner of Australia's most prestigious races including Makybe Diva Stks, Toorak Hcp and Cantala Stks.
